$38 per hour + superannuation + NFP Salary Packaging benefits (+ casual loading if casual)

Your Role Will Include:
n
n
Providing compassionate personal care, including showering, dressing and grooming
n
Supporting residents with daily living activities, meals and social engagement
n
Getting to know residents and helping them feel comfortable, valued and connected
n
Working closely with our clinical team to deliver personalised care plans
n




Keeping accurate documentation and contributing to a safe and positive environment
n
n
What We're Looking For:
n
n
Certificate III in Aged Care (or equivalent)
n
Recent experience as a PCA in Aged Care
n
Experience or ability to assist with medication is an advantage
n
A kind heart and genuine passion for supporting older people
n
A caring, friendly and respectful approach
n
Solid communication and interpersonal skills
n
Someone reliable, proactive and comfortable working as part of a team
n
An understanding of workplace health and safety
n
Willingness to undergo a Police Check and NDIS clearance
n
n
