What's on Offer:
Work directly alongside an experienced broker supporting a high-volume renewal pipeline - around 30 renewals per month with engineers and architects
Gain hands-on experience with general insurance, liability, PI, and motor classes in a quick-paced environment
Flexible start: 3-month contract, working from home on Mondays and Fridays and full-time in Sydney office
Be integral to a high-functioning team of 10 professionals supporting core business operations and client servicing
Key Responsibilities:
Support senior broker with renewal preparation and policy documentation for SME and Mid-Market clients
Assist in processing business packs, liaising with clients and insurers to ensure accuracy and timeliness




Manage a diverse range of insurance classes, prioritising high-volume renewal and compliance tasks
Use SCTP, Winbeat, and office tech platforms to streamline workflows and maintain data integrity
Contribute to team efforts to meet deadlines and enhance client satisfaction in a busy environment
Requirements:
Tier 1 Broking qualification is essential
Experience with SCTP, Winbeat, and Microsoft Office suite
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple renewal projects smoothly
Confident communication skills and proactive approach
Experience supporting brokers in SME or Mid-Market segments highly valued
Available for immediate start; able to work from Sydney office and remotely on Mondays and Fridays
