Currently seeking a Senior Property Manager to collaborate with a historical brand utilizing modern characteristics, technology and a progressive vision, this is a role with plenty of support and structure.
With an impressive portfolio including a number of exceptionally award winning, VIP properties, we are looking for a Property Manager to work Monday – Friday.
You will be energetic, hardworking and strive for nothing but excellence.
On a day to day basis, you will be responsible for: Manage a high-end portfolio of 180 properties Effectively liaise with clients Rental arrears management Manage a Leasing Consultant Carry out regular rent and lease reviews Working towards KPI's NO accounts, NO leasing and NO weekends The Candidate:
