We're looking for someone who knows retail, knows how to drive a team and is commercially minded when it comes to sales and store performance.
You'll be responsible for leading the team, driving KPIs and creating an exceptional customer experience, while maintaining strong operational and visual standards across the store.
The Role Lead, coach and develop a team to achieve and exceed sales and KPI targets Drive store performance through solid commercial awareness and a focus on results Create a customer-first environment and lead from the shop floor Recruit, onboard and develop team members Manage stock levels, stock control and loss prevention Maintain strong visual merchandising and store presentation Monitor store performance and identify opportunities to improve sales Build a positive,
