Manly Newport, Sydney NSW Casual / Part Time or Full time ****** hours per week) $32 – $50 per hour + Saturday penalty rates + Super + Incentives (based on experience) Join a Leading Boutique Lash Studio by the Beach Beaches Lash Co. is growing, and we are looking for a highly skilled Lash Extension Artist who can confidently step into a busy column and hit the ground running.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a supportive, professional, and friendly team within a well-established lash and brow salon known for delivering a luxury client experience.
We also have an opportunity for Management role (Salon Manager) – minimum 2 years in salon management experience.
The Role This position is primarily based in Manly, with the option to work from Newport if preferred.
Flexible hours: ***** hours per week.
Casual position initially.
Saturday availability is essential (9:00am – 3:00pm).
Opportunity to grow into a senior or supervisory role for the right candidate.

About You We are seeking a confident and experienced Lash Artist with a passion for delivering exceptional results.
Essential: Proven, hands-on lash extension experience (not just certification).
Ability to work efficiently and maintain a full column.
Strong attention to detail and pride in your work.
Excellent client care and communication skills.
Ability to work both independently and within a team Highly Regarded: Previous team leader, supervisory, or managerial experience.
Additional beauty therapy skills (training can be provided).
