This is an exciting opportunity to work with the Australian Council for International Development (ACFID), the peak body representing Australia's international humanitarian and development NGOs.
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data and Insights Advisor to join ACFID's Effectiveness and Engagement Team.
This role provides strategic leadership on ACFID's use of organisational and sector data, identifying opportunities to generate insights, strengthen evidence-informed decision-making and maximise the value of ACFID's data assets.
The position leads key data initiatives including the ACFID Statistical Survey and NGO Aid Map and produces data products, reports and visualisations that support ACFID's strategic priorities.
The role is also the functional owner of ACFID's CRM and associated digital platform, working closely with staff, members and external providers to maintain high-quality data systems and continuously improve user experience.
The successful candidate will have robust data management and analytical skills, excellent attention to detail and the ability to communicate complex information clearly to a range of audiences.
They will bring a collaborative approach, sound judgement, curiosity and a commitment to continuous improvement.
