They are looking for an experienced Store Manager to take the lead of their busy Jindalee outlet location.
This is an environment where robust people leadership, operational capability and attention to detail will be key.
You'll lead an established team including experienced casual sales assistants and a part-time Assistant Manager, creating a positive store culture while ensuring the day-to-day operation runs smoothly.
About the role As Store Manager, you'll take ownership of the overall store operation and lead a team that delivers consistently high standards.
You will: Coach, motivate and develop an experienced retail team Create a positive, supportive and customer-first store culture Manage high-volume stock flow and daily operational execution Maintain strong visual merchandising and store presentation standards Oversee rostering, wage management and day-to-day store processes Support performance conversations, training and team development Ensure store standards,



procedures and compliance are consistently maintained What you'll bring Proven Store Manager experience within a fast-paced retail environment Strong people leadership and team development capability Experience managing high-volume stock and operational processes Confidence leading an established team and driving accountability Strong visual merchandising skills and attention to detail A hands-on leadership style and willingness to lead from the floor Outlet, large-format, homewares or high-volume retail experience will be highly regarded What's in it for you?
