We're open to candidates from a Property Management, BDM or combined PM/BDM background.
THE OPPORTUNITY : Managing a clean, well-maintained portfolio of approximately 54 properties Managing your portfolio end-to-end Building strong relationships with rental providers and tenants Conducting rental appraisals Identifying and converting new management opportunities Prospecting and generating new business Bringing new properties onto the rent roll Working closely with the leadership team to grow the Property Management department Helping shape processes and the future structure of the department NO weekend work WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?
