$***** Monday to Friday Immediate start Customer Service Officer Tuggerah, NSW | $***** per hour | Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm | Temporary We are currently seeking an experienced Customer Service Officer to join a busy and established distribution environment based in Tuggerah .
This is a great opportunity for someone with strong customer service and administration experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and managing customer enquiries from start to finish.
About the Role Your responsibilities will include: Managing a high volume of customer enquiries via phone and email Processing customer orders, returns, credits and other service requests Building and maintaining strong customer and client relationships Investigating and resolving customer queries and issues Handling customer complaints professionally and efficiently Liaising with internal operations and logistics teams Accurately entering and maintaining customer and order information Working towards service-level targets and KPIs Escalating ongoing or complex issues when required Identifying opportunities to improve customer service processes About You To be successful, you will ideally have:



Previous experience in a fast-paced customer service environment Experience with order processing and data entry Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy Confidence handling customer enquiries and resolving issues Ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines Experience working towards KPIs or service targets Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams skills A proactive, reliable and team-focused attitude Previous experience within distribution, logistics, warehousing or a similar operational environment would be highly regarded.
