HOBAN Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced Assembly Technician to join a manufacturing environment based in Cowra, NSW .
This is a hands-on technical role involving the assembly and testing of agricultural equipment, suited to someone with strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
Days: Monday to Friday Start Time: Flexible – 5:00am, 6:00am or 7:00am Pay Rate: $***** per hour What's on Offer: $***** per hour + super Monday to Friday work Flexible start time- 5:00am, 6:00am or 7:00am Weekly pay Training and upskilling provided Hands-on role with a variety of duties Key Duties: Assembly of agricultural equipment General and technical assembly Problem solving and troubleshooting End-of-line testing Hydraulic fitting and routing Working with electronic components Training assembly staff on new products Identifying process and efficiency improvements Following workplace procedures and safety requirements About You: Current forklift licence- essential Previous assembly,
