Their Chermside location is set to unveil a brand-new concept by the end of the year , creating a great opportunity for a commercially driven Store Manager to come in, build momentum and lead the store through its next phase.
This is very much a sales-led leadership role .
You'll be on the floor, working closely with customers, coaching the team, driving conversion and leading by example in a high-touch retail environment.
About the role As Store Manager, you will: Lead from the floor and drive a robust sales culture Coach the team around customer engagement, conversion and closing Build strong relationships with customers in a high-ticket environment Track personal and store performance closely Motivate the team around targets, incentives and commercial results Maintain strong standards across presentation and customer experience Support the rollout of an exciting new store concept later this year What you'll bring Previous Store Manager or senior retail leadership experience A strong background in jewellery, luxury,



premium or high-ticket retail Confidence selling one-on-one and building customer relationships A proven ability to coach and develop strong sales behaviours Commercial awareness and comfort working to targets and KPIs High energy, polish and a genuine passion for customer experience A leadership style that is visible, hands-on and sales focused What's in it for you?
