This is a Senior Estimator opportunity with a national business specialising in D C office and workplace fit-outs.
Projects are typically commercial D C workplace environments across Melbourne, ranging from $1m to $10m.
You'll join an established estimating team and work closely with the wider pre-construction and delivery teams from early pricing through to tender submission and handover.
The business has grown to almost 100 staff nationally, with around 20 based in Victoria.
Their new open-plan CBD office reflects the next stage of growth for the business and gives the Melbourne team a outstanding base to work from.
The business is privately owned by one Director, whose vision is to leave a lasting legacy: a great place to work and a business that creates amazing fit-outs.
That philosophy has shaped a culture that is relationship and outcome-led, where commercial results matter, but not at the expense of the client experience.
It carries through to how the team works with clients and each other.

To be considered, you must have at least 5 years of estimating experience on commercial construction projects with a head contractor.
Office and workplace fit-out experience is a bonus, but not essential.
The salary is up to $200k + super, depending on experience.
