Leadership role within an established manufacturing operation Prospect to drive process improvements and develop a production team Supportive and hands-on working workplace About the Role We are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of a windows, screens and doors manufacturing production line.
You will lead the production team, ensuring efficiency, quality and safety while meeting production targets and deadlines.
Windows and doors manufacturing experience is preferred , however, candidates with strong manufacturing supervision experience will also be considered.
This is a full-time 38-hour-per-week position , with overtime required when necessary.
Key Responsibilities Supervise daily production, ensuring quality and efficiency targets are met Lead a Lean production line and drive continuous improvement Manage labour requirements and production workflows Identify and resolve production issues, including stock and staffing shortages Manage team performance, training and development Conduct timecard audits and maintain staff performance records Ensure tools, machinery and workstations are safe and properly maintained Liaise with warehouse, logistics, purchasing and maintenance teams Manage stocktakes and maintain inventory accuracy Ensure compliance with WHS policies and procedures Monitor production,



quality and maintenance requirements Oversee end-of-day shutdown and lock-up procedures Assist with recruitment and onboarding of new staff Skills Experience Experience in a production supervision or manufacturing leadership role Windows and doors manufacturing experience highly desirable Experience with Lean manufacturing principles Robust leadership, communication and problem-solving skills Excellent organisation and time management Strong commitment to safety, quality and team development Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook Experience with M1 Software and Smartsheet advantageous Unrestricted driver's licence – mandatory White Card, First Aid and Dogging Licence desirable Benefits Full-time permanent position 38-hour working week with overtime available Leadership role within an established manufacturing operation Opportunity to drive process improvements and develop a production team Supportive and hands-on working environment About the Company An established manufacturing business specialising in windows, screens and doors , committed to quality, safety and efficient production.
