The Role Assist with the day-to-day management of a residential portfolio.
Support the Senior Property Manager with maintenance, lease renewals and general tenancy management.
Coordinate routine and ingoing inspections,



condition reports and follow-ups.
Assist with tenant and landlord enquiries, maintenance requests and leasing.
Liaise with tradespeople and complete general Property Management administration.
About You You're a motivated and organised Junior Property Manager looking for the right environment to develop your skills and progress your career.
To be successful, you will have: Minimum 1 year of experience in residential Property Management.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
Ability to work as part of a small team and take ownership of your responsibilities.
Current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence.
