About the Position: WorkPac are seeking an experienced Mechanical Engineer for a Perth based role.
Offering a 12-month duration working a Monday to Friday roster.
Key responsibilities: Provide technical oversight of mechanical design development across crushing, conveying, grinding, flotation, concentrate handling and associated utilities Review and coordinate major mechanical equipment packages including mills, crushers, pumps, thickeners, filters and bulk material handling systems Manage mechanical interfaces between process plant, NPI facilities, vendor packages and supporting infrastructure Review equipment sizing, equipment selection and package integration Assess operability, reliability and maintainability Identify mechanical risks, design gaps and opportunities to improve constructability Coordinate technical reviews with contractors, OEMs and Winu team Review and respond to TQs and/or RFIs Participate in design reviews, HAZOPs,
