Role Description
The Case Administrator – Italian Speaking is a full-time, on-site role based in Scarborough, WA.
This role focuses on supporting migration agents with case administration, including preparing documents, maintaining case files, and updating client records in line with regulatory requirements.
The Case Administrator will communicate with Italian-speaking clients, respond to inquiries, schedule appointments, and provide clear information about processes and documentation.
Daily tasks include coordinating case timelines, tracking progress, following up with clients and external stakeholders, and ensuring accurate data entry.
The role also involves general office administration, contributing to efficient workflows, and supporting a high standard of client service.
Qualifications
Strong interpersonal and professional
Communication
skills, including fluency in Italian and proficiency in English.
Experience in
Case Management
, including organizing documents, tracking deadlines, and supporting complex client files.
Proficiency in
Administrative Assistance
, such as data entry, scheduling, document preparation, and records management.
Customer-focused approach with proven
Customer Service
skills and the ability to handle inquiries with empathy and clarity.
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple cases in a rapid-paced setting.
Comfort with digital tools, CRM systems, and standard office software (e.g., email, spreadsheets, document editors).
Ability to work collaboratively in an office environment and maintain confidentiality and professional ethics.
Previous experience in migration services, legal support, or related administrative roles is highly beneficial.
Relevant vocational training or a diploma/degree in administration, law, international relations, or a similar field is preferred.
