About The Roles
In this role, you'll be part of a team of operators that are responsible for operating machinery to ensure material is produced to the commercial standard, identifying, and reporting faults and working in a safe manner.
********-hour weekday shifts, no weekends/public holidays
*********-hour rotating shifts, includes weekends/public holidays
Responsibilities Include
Engage the team to ensure the delivery of safe, low cost, efficient and high-quality production
Deliver on production KPIs
Ensure appropriate communication and feedback is in place, including technical review and recommendation of machine / site running conditions
Complete routine maintenance tasks,



such as high-pressure cleaning, removal of waste material from pits, channels, and vessels
Maintain a high standard of housekeeping, including shovelling, sweeping, painting and vacuuming,
Test operation of machines periodically & fix issues that might occur during the shift
Maintain activity logs & carry out quality inspections
About You
Hands-on experience in manufacturing environments
Proven capacity to collaborate effectively within a team setting
Demonstrated aptitude for problem-solving
Strong communication abilities, both written and verbal
Robust computer skills
Commitment to adhering to health and safety regulations, including consistent utilization of protective equipment
Excellent physical endurance and strength
High school diploma or equivalent; technical education background preferred
Capability to operate a forklift – not essential
