The Role: Conduct open homes, private inspections and mid-week appointments Respond to rental enquiries via phone and email Review and process rental applications Screen prospective tenants and provide feedback to PMs and landlords Prepare approval letters and lease documentation Manage lease agreements, bonds and deposits Conduct ingoing and outgoing inspections Conduct routine inspections Assist the Property Management team when required What We're Looking For: MUST have proven residential leasing experience A-grade leasing ability with a strong track record Certificate of Registration Current driver's licence and own car Professional and polished presentation Strong communication and customer service skills Highly organised,
