Managing a residential portfolio from start to finish Conducting routine inspections Leasing properties and processing tenancy applications Entry and exit inspections Lease renewals and rent reviews Arrears management Coordinating maintenance and repairs Managing insurance claims as required Preparing and attending QCAT matters when necessary Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants The Successful Candidate: Minimum 1 years' Property Management experience Current QLD Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence Strong understanding of QLD tenancy legislation Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Highly organised with exceptional time management Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle PropertyMe experience highly regarded If you're looking for a role where you can take ownership of your portfolio, be supported by experienced leadership, and join a business with an exciting future, we'd love to hear from you.
