Known for its hands-on approach and focus on creating vibrant, community-focused destinations, they are now seeking a Marketing Executive to join their growing team and support a portfolio of retail shopping centres.
The Role: An exciting opportunity for a Marketing Executive to take ownership of day-to-day marketing across a growing portfolio of retail centres in the Hunter Region.
Deliver marketing campaigns, events, activations and seasonal initiatives Manage social media, content creation, photography, video and community engagement Build strong relationships with retailers, centre teams and local stakeholders Coordinate suppliers, contractors, signage and in office campaign delivery Support retailer promotions,



store openings and centre activations Develop local partnerships and community initiatives Create marketing collateral using Canva and brief external suppliers Manage purchase orders, invoices, campaign tracking and marketing administration Monitor campaign performance, digital engagement and centre traffic The Candidate 2+ years' marketing experience Experience within retail, property, hospitality or another customer-facing environment highly regarded Strong social media and content creation skills Confident using Canva Highly organised with strong project coordination skills Comfortable working autonomously across multiple locations Strong stakeholder and relationship management skills Hands-on, creative and commercially minded This role will be predominantly based across the Hunter Region , with one day per week in the North Sydney.
