The Role As a VCE Legal Studies Teacher at our Caulfield Campus , you will join a dynamic and collaborative learning community dedicated to delivering exceptional educational experiences.

This role is a full-time, 12 month fixed-term opportunity commencing 1 January **** .
Key Duties Review and assess students at the beginning of each program Integrate Formative Practice Techniques Provide a flexible program that caters for individual students Deliver learning programs that demonstrate a research based knowledge of how students learn Evaluate personal teaching and learning programs including feedback from students and assessment data to inform planning Model high expectations to enable a safe and supportive classroom culture Provide reports within school standards and timelines Actively participate in professional development activities Embrace a culture of collaboration to enhance student learning Model and live the Caulfield Grammar School values and behaviours Skills and Experience Experience teaching VCE Legal Studies Units 1-4 is essential.
Versatility to teach another VCE commerce subject will be an advantage.
Genuine enthusiasm for teaching and commitment to students' academic and personal growth Outstanding communication skills and the ability to effectively engage with students, colleagues, and parents.
Committed to ongoing career development, staying current with legal developments, and approaching teaching with a proactive, reflective, and growth-oriented mindset.
Holds a current VIT Registration along with specialised teaching qualifications in Legal Studies or related fields.
