The Role As Assistant Venue Manager, you'll be a key part of the venue leadership team, helping drive the operation across hospitality, entertainment and guest experience.
This is a hands-on management role.
You'll be on the floor leading your team, solving problems, keeping service moving and making sure guests have a reason to come back.
Working alongside the Venue Manager, you'll support t eam performance, rostering, training, compliance, bar and floor operations, labour management and overall venue standards.
You'll also play an important role in building a positive venue culture,



developing your team and maintaining the energy expected from a busy entertainment destination.
