Job Description
About the role and about you
As a Property Officer, you'll be at the heart of Connect Westmead, supporting residents, visitors, and stakeholders through outstanding customer service, property administration, and community engagement.
No two days will be the same as you balance front‐of‐house support, leasing administration, resident communications, and community activities to help create a welcoming and vibrant residential environment.
Working closely with the Resident Experience team, you'll play a key role in ensuring residents feel supported, informed, and connected while helping deliver efficient property operations and a seamless customer experience.
To succeed in this role, you will have solid administration experience, a passion for customer service and creating exceptional resident experiences.




This is a permanent role, based at our Westmead office and requires travel to other SGCH office locations as required.
Duties
Providing concierge-style service to residents and visitors.
Supporting property enquiries, applications, lease documentation, and inspections.
Maintaining tenancy records and CRM systems, including assisting with occupancy management, arrears administration, and resident communications.
Preparing reports, correspondence, presentations, and meeting documentation.
Supporting marketing, promotional, and business development activities, including coordinating community events and resident engagement initiatives.
Essential Criteria
Desired Skills and Experience
Demonstrated significant experience in administration, office coordination, customer service, or operational support roles, including maintaining records, databases, and business systems to ensure accurate and efficient service delivery, desirable in property management or hospitality environment.
Highly developed organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships and engage professionally with stakeholders from diverse backgrounds and levels of the organisation.
High level of digital literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, CRM, database, or record management systems, combined with a proactive, adaptable approach and willingness to learn new systems, technologies, and ways of working.
