Team Leader - Aged Care Support Services Coleraine Campus | Western District Health Service Full Time Opportunity Coleraine, Victoria $86,717 including Superannuation + Salary Packaging Benefits Lead a dedicated support services team within a welcoming rural aged care community Lead the services that make a real difference every day Western District Health Service is seeking an enthusiastic and capable Team Leader - Aged Care Support Services to join our team at Coleraine Campus.
This rewarding leadership role is responsible for coordinating and supporting a range of essential services including food services, hotel services, linen, environmental cleaning and waste management.
Working within a predominantly residential aged care environment that also provides acute services, you will play a vital role in ensuring residents, consumers and visitors experience high-quality service, excellent meals and a protected, welcoming environment.
This position combines operational leadership, administration and hands-on team support, making it an excellent opportunity for an experienced hospitality, environmental services or support services professional looking to advance their leadership career in healthcare.

To explore the region, visit: **********************************************************> What You'll Be Doing Leadership Team Management Lead, supervise and support the Food Services, Hotel Services, Linen and Environmental Services teams, fostering a positive culture focused on service excellence, safety and teamwork.
Food Safety Compliance Maintain the Coleraine Food Safety Program and lead the team through annual food safety audits, ensuring compliance with Class 1 food premises requirements and food safety regulations.
Operational Coordination Coordinate daily support services operations across the campus including workforce planning, rostering, leave management and service delivery requirements.
Quality Environmental Services Monitor environmental cleaning standards, conduct audits and implement continuous improvement initiatives that contribute to a safe and welcoming environment.
Administration Resource Management Oversee ordering, stock control, budgets, operational systems, electronic menu management and record keeping processes to support efficient operations.
Stakeholder Engagement Build positive working relationships with residents, consumers, families, clinical teams, campus leadership and support service colleagues to ensure exceptional service delivery.
What You Bring Demonstrated leadership experience and the ability to support and develop teams Accredited Food Safety Supervisor certification or willingness to obtain Relevant hospitality qualification or equivalent health industry experience Experience in food services, hospitality, environmental services, aged care or healthcare settings Strong communication and interpersonal skills Sound organisational, rostering and time management abilities Experience managing operational processes, stock control and budgets Commitment to customer service and person-centred care Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary environment Why Join Western District Health Service?
