Your Time to Shine
The IT Service Delivery Analyst is responsible for coordinating and delivering a range of day to day technical support and advice to TAFE SA staff in the use of ICT services, devices and applications, including taking ownership of ICT Service Delivery ticket queue and monitoring incidents and requests to ensure resolution within Service Level Agreements.
What You'll Bring
Strong experience in enterprise IT service delivery, ICT incidents and requests, networks and systems support, remote support tools, hardware deployment & trouble shooting, software deployment, Microsoft AD, Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Windows and Microsoft 365 applications.
Sound understanding of IT policies, standards, procedures, access management, information security, IT/Enterprise Service Management tools and the ITIL framework in an ICT environment.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively, manage priorities to meet Service Level Agreements, solve problems,
communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders, maintain confidentiality and deliver excellent customer service.
What You Need to Know
A valid Working with Children Check (WWCC) issued by the South Australian Department of Human Services is required before employment.
