We are seeking an experienced Centre Manager or Retail Manager to oversee a portfolio of shopping centres, taking responsibility for day-to-day operations, financial performance, retailer engagement and ongoing asset presentation.
This is a broad, hands-on position suited to someone who enjoys variety, autonomy and working across multiple areas of retail property management.
The Role: Managing the day-to-day performance and operations of multiple shopping centres Building strong relationships with retailers, landlords, contractors and key stakeholders Driving retailer engagement, customer experience and centre presentation Managing budgets, financial reporting, arrears, retailer sales and centre performance Supporting leasing activity, Casual Mall Leasing and tenancy mix initiatives Coordinating contractors,
