Own the solution and estimating substance of every ANZ Workday services opportunity, from qualification through to a signed Statement of Work, so that what Mivada proposes is deliverable, priced on a defensible basis, and consistent across every document the customer sees.
This is a services presales role rather than a software demonstration role.
The work is defining scope and building effort estimates that stand up to scrutiny from both a customer CFO and our own delivery leadership.
It is deliberately not an architect role: genuinely complex architecture questions are escalated to a named Solution Architect rather than carried alone.

We're looking for a
Workday Presales Solution Consultant
to bridge the gap between sales and delivery, partnering with clients to scope opportunities, design solution approaches, and build realistic implementation plans.
You'll play a critical role in helping customers define the right path forward while ensuring every proposal is commercially sound, accurately estimated, and set up for success.
Working closely with senior sales and practice leaders, you'll influence high-profile opportunities, contribute to the growth of our Workday business, and help define how we approach services presales across the region.

This role is based in our head office in Sydney, Barangaroo.
What You'll Do
Lead customer discovery and scoping conversations for Workday implementation opportunities
Define solution scope across Workday HCM,



Payroll, Time Tracking, Absence and related modules
Build services effort estimates, assumptions, and project approaches
Recommend deployment strategies and implementation roadmaps
Partner with Sales, Delivery Leaders, Solution Architects, and Workday stakeholders on pursuits
Support tender and RFP responses, proposals, and Statements of Work
Apply a Fit-to-Standard mindset, helping customers maximise value from Workday standard functionality
Own and continuously improve estimating models, scoping frameworks, and proposal quality processes
What We're Looking For
3+ years of Workday implementation experience in a consulting or customer-facing environment
Strong functional knowledge across either: Workday HCM, Payroll, Time tracking, absence
Experience contributing to project estimates, statements of work, or implementation scoping
Strong commercial awareness and understanding of effort, pricing, and project delivery considerations
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Ability to confidently engage with customers and senior business stakeholders
Highly Regarded
Current Workday certification(s)
Experience working for a Workday Partner, Systems Integrator, or Workday Services organisation
Experience with RFPs, tenders, and proposal development
ANZ payroll knowledge, including awards and EBAs




Experience working within blended onshore/offshore delivery models
Exposure to Workday Financials, Adaptive Planning, or Managed Payroll services
