This is your opportunity to turn your studies into practical experience while helping support fair, respectful and effective workplaces across Toowoomba Regional Council.
Working alongside an experienced Senior Employee Relations Officer, you'll build capability in workplace advisory, problem-solving, communication and HR practice in a supportive local government environment.
A four-year fixed term, full-time graduate role designed to help you grow your HR career, based in the Toowoomba CBD.
A competitive annual salary range of $80,****** - $102,****** gross per annum, plus 17.5% annual leave loading and up to *****% superannuation.

About you: A Bachelor Degree in Law, Human Resource Management, Organisational Psychology, or a related field.
You're interested in employee relations, workplace problem-solving and helping leaders make fair, informed decisions.
Relevant HR experience, a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, and/or a Certificate in Workplace Investigations would be highly regarded, but your motivation, learning mindset and potential are just as important.
You communicate clearly, ask good questions, build positive relationships and are ready to learn in a practical, people-focused environment.
You are organised, professional, open to feedback and aligned with our values.
