You will play a hands-on leadership role supporting the Site Supervisor and delivering safe, high-quality conveyor belt maintenance and splicing on site.
The role suits an experienced Level 3 Belt Splicer who enjoys working on the tools while mentoring crew.
Desirable S26 qualification; training available on starting, with explicit pathways to grow with WPC as the business expands.
