You will deliver capital and operational projects aligned with the mine plan, focusing on power, pumping, ventilation, and IT, while driving process improvements and safety standards.
You will collaborate with geology, underground operations and maintenance to ensure plans are executable, risks understood and performance optimised, with mentoring for junior staff and opportunities
