Sigma Executive is assisting a client seeking a construction/infrastructure lawyer with a minimum of 3 years' PAE to draft, review and negotiate construction and commercial contracts.
You will support tender processes and advise on risk allocation, variations, claims and disputes.
You will partner with commercial teams and senior leadership to deliver pragmatic, commercially sound legal outcomes within large-scale infrastructure projects based in Sydney.
