You will contribute to high-quality food preparation and presentation, under the guidance of the Executive Chef, Sous Chef, and Chef De Cuisine.
You will assist with menu preparation for conferences, coordinate with FOH staff, supervise kitchen teammates in absence of senior leaders, and uphold WHS standards to keep guests safe and ensure service excellence.
