Southern Housing is seeking a Neighbourhood Services Operative to support the Estate Services team in Croydon. This hands-on role covers litter picking, bulk and general waste clearance, and void property clearance to ensure residents experience a clean, safe and well-maintained workplace.
Reporting to the Environmental Services and Transport Manager, you'll drive to estates to collect non-domestic refuse, clear void properties, maintain health and safety standards, and liaise with residents
