For Purpose Education (FPE)
is a training platform with a mission to build and skill care workforces for Australia.
Working through our group of Registered Training Organisations (Practical Outcomes RTO#*****, Selmar Institute of Education RTO#****** and ARC Training RTO#*****),
FPE
partners with employers, providers and industry leaders to strengthen workforce capability across the care sectors through education, innovation and quality training solutions.
With a combined 64+ years of experience across our group, we offer nationally recognised training in early childhood education and care, aged care, disability support, and community services.
The Role:
As a
Client Partnership Consultant
, you'll be the
driving force
behind
building
and
maintaining
client relationships
and
key strategic partnerships
to contribute to
business growth.
This is a full-time,
12-month Maximum Term Contract role
, with the opportunity to extend or become permanent that will see you out
on the road across Adelaide and surrounding suburbs
, building new business relationships, identifying sales opportunities and driving growth. You'll manage your own schedule, connect with prospective clients face-to-face and turn opportunities into new partnerships. If you're motivated by

With a strong focus on the
Early Childhood Education and Care (ECEC) sector,
you'll work closely with early childhood centres to provide tailored
training solutions
that
support
and
develop
their
staff
.
The successful candidate will hold a
current driver's licence
, have access to a
reliable vehicle
, and be
prepared to travel
across Adelaide and surrounding suburbs.

Demonstrated experience in Early Childhood Education and Care
Drive to consistently achieve targets
Willingness to learn
Flexibility to travel acrossAdelaide and surrounding suburbs, as required




The ability to build successful long term business relationships
WWC Check
Driver's Licence/Reliable vehicle
Demonstrated experience in the Aged Care sector
Demonstrated experience in the Vocational Education and Training (VET) sector
Qualifications in Businessor Education Sector
