The Mathews Group is seeking a proactive, personable and highly organised
Operations Manager | Buyer Services Manager
to join our growing team.
Working closely with Director and Selling Principal,
Ben Mathews
, this is a hands-on role combining the day-to-day operations of a high-performing real estate business with exceptional buyer and client service. You'll play a key role in keeping the business organised, responsive and running smoothly while supporting the Director across day-to-day priorities.

THE ROLE
Your responsibilities will include:
Supporting the Director with day-to-day operational and administrative tasks
Coordinating pre-market and scheduled property campaigns
Managing calendars, appointments and follow-up processes
Liaising with clients, vendors, suppliers and other stakeholders
Answering calls and responding to client and buyer enquiries
Managing buyer follow-up, database records and CRM activity
Building and maintaining strong relationships with prospective buyers
Matching buyers with suitable properties and identifying opportunities
Attending and assisting with open homes and buyer appointments
Assisting with the general day-to-day running of the business
ABOUT YOU
You'll be highly organised,



confident on the phone and have a high level of attention to detail. You'll take initiative, think ahead and naturally keep things moving.
You'll enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, be confident building relationships and take pride in providing an exceptional level of service to clients, buyers and vendors.
TO BE CONSIDERED, YOU MUST:
Be 18 years of age or older
Hold, or be willing to obtain, current registration as a
Real Estate Sales Representative
Hold a current driver's licence and have access to a reliable vehicle
Be available to attend open homes as required
Have excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Be organised, proactive and solutions-focused
Have strong attention to detail and CRM/database skills
Be flexible and willing to assist across different areas of the business
