Social Media Manager & Content Coordinator

We're looking for a
Social Media Manager & Digital Content Coordinator
to own the digital voice of our client portfolio, someone who can bring genuine creative energy to the work, while understanding that in this sector, every post sits alongside a regulatory disclosure regime. You'll need to be the kind of person who can write a sharp, scroll-stopping LinkedIn caption in the morning and know exactly why you can't get ahead of an ASX announcement in the afternoon.
What you'll be doing
Owning the social media strategy, content calendar, and day-to-day posting across our owned and client portfolio, primarily LinkedIn, with scope across other platforms as required.
Producing engaging, on-brand content for a range of distinct client voices, from established producers to early-stage explorers, each with their own tone and audience.
Writing copy across a range of formats, social captions, email marketing campaigns, blog and website content, and other market-facing collateral as needed.
Coordinating content timing around ASX announcements, market-sensitive news, and trading halts, knowing when to post, when to hold, and when to check first.
Building and delivering regular digital reporting, engagement metrics, sentiment, audience growth, platform performance, for both internal use and client updates.
Working closely with our IR consultants to understand what's coming down the pipeline so content is always timed right, never ahead of the market.
Keeping a sharp eye on brand consistency across nine (and growing) very different client identities.
About you




2+ years' experience in social media management, content, or copywriting, ideally agency-side or in a fast-moving, multi-client environment.
A genuine creative eye, strong copywriting instincts across formats, a feel for what makes content actually land, and confidence proposing new ideas rather than just executing a calendar
The judgement to work within a regulated workplace. You don't need prior ASX or finance experience, but you do need to be someone who reads instructions carefully, asks when unsure, and never assumes "post now" is the safe default.
Strong organisational skills. You're comfortable managing multiple client calendars and deadlines without losing the thread.
Comfort with reporting and data. Pulling together clear, useful performance summaries, not just posting and hoping.
Familiarity with Canva and/or Adobe tools a plus; content scheduling and email marketing platform experience welcomed.
