Mine Surveyor
to join their team at a well-established coal operation in Central Queensland.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated Surveyor looking to join a progressive mining business with a strong pipeline of growth and a genuine commitment to its people.
About the Role:
Working on an
8/6 roster
, you will play an integral role in supporting safe and efficient mining operations through the delivery of accurate surveying services across the operation.
You will work closely with the technical services and mining teams, providing high-quality survey data and technical support to ensure mine plans and operational activities are delivered safely, accurately and efficiently.
About You:
We are seeking an experienced
Surveyor




with a robust background in the mining industry, ideally with exposure to open-cut coal mining.
You will ideally have:
Demonstrated experience as a Mine Surveyor within an operating mine environment
Relevant tertiary qualifications in Surveying or a related discipline
Strong understanding of open-cut coal mining survey practices
Experience with mining survey software and technology
Strong technical, analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
A strong commitment to safety and operational excellence
The ability to work effectively within a collaborative technical services team
