This isn't a traditional agency campaign management role. Instead, you'll coach and consult to business owners, helping them understand their data, optimise performance and generate better quality leads.

What you'll be doing:

Coach businesses on conversion-focused Google Ads and Meta Ads strategies.
n
Deliver 1:1 consulting sessions, analysing performance and identifying opportunities for growth.
n
Turn complex campaign data into clear, actionable recommendations.
n
Facilitate workshops and group coaching sessions.
n
Help clients optimise campaigns, conversion funnels and lead generation.
n




Build trusted relationships with a portfolio of growing businesses.
n
Hands-on Google Ads and Meta Ads experience, ideally focused on lead generation.
n
Strong understanding of CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, CVR and customer acquisition.
n
The ability to analyse campaign performance and identify optimisation opportunities.
n
Knowledge of landing pages, conversion funnels and lead nurturing.
n
A natural communicator who can simplify technical concepts for business owners.

Someone who genuinely enjoys coaching, problem-solving and helping others succeed.
