BMD is seeking an experienced Contracts Administrator to join our Queensland team in Brisbane, with a transition to the Sunshine Coast as projects evolve. You will manage subcontractor and supplier contracts, support procurement, and monitor budgets to drive successful project delivery.
Reporting to the Contracts Manager, you'll oversee contract variations, payment schedules and documentation while building solid stakeholder relationships and ensuring compliance with safety and quality
