The Role
As Assistant Venue Manager, you'll be a key part of the venue leadership team, helping drive the operation across hospitality, entertainment and guest experience.
This is a hands-on management role. You'll be on the floor leading your team, solving problems, keeping service moving and making sure guests have a reason to come back.
Working alongside the Venue Manager, you'll support
t
eam performance, rostering, training, compliance, bar and floor operations, labour management and overall venue standards.
You'll also play an important role in building a positive venue culture, developing your team and maintaining the energy expected from a busy entertainment destination.

Skills & Experience
2+ years' leadership experience within hospitality, entertainment, QSR or another high-volume environment
Confident managing and motivating teams during busy services
Strong operational knowledge across bar, restaurant or venue operations
Experience with rostering, training, labour management and team development
Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
RSA and RSG, or willingness to obtain relevant state certifications
A hands-on leadership style with the ability to remain calm under pressure
