Our Fortitude Valley location, is seeking Seasonal Sales & Stock Associates to deliver a unique shopping experience through excellent customer service in a fast-paced, specialty retail environment. These casual seasonal roles will support our store teams throughout the busy holiday season.

What You Will Be Doing:
n
n
Deliver exceptional service to our customers
n
Use your expert product knowledge to deliver a fantastic in-store experience
n
Assist with special services including gift wrapping,



gift registry, deliveries and furniture orders
n
Efficiently and accurately perform register transactions
n
Utilize effective selling techniques to build multiple sales and increase productivity
n
Support with visual merchandise presentation, signage, and lighting
n
Uphold store and stockroom maintenance and cleanliness standards.
n
n
What You Will Bring to the Role:
n
n
Experience in retail sales ideally in specialty retail and/or homewares
n
Strong organisational and communication skills
n
Be able to connect to customers through service and selling.
n
Enjoy being part of a team as well as ability to work independently
n
Be available to work from October **** – February ****
n
Have availability to work early mornings, weekends and public holidays and provide availability during store trading hours throughout the seasonal period.
n
n
Physical Requirements:
n
n
Ability to be mobile in the store and back-of-house areas, including standing for long periods
n
Ability to climb ladders and use other equipment in line with safety standards
n
Ability to lift and mobilise medium to large items, up to 30kg, while utilising appropriate equipment and safety techniques
n
n
Only candidates with the required work rights in Australia will be considered.
