Catholic Healthcare in NSW is seeking an Occupational Therapist for an autonomous role in Community Aged Care, visiting clients in their homes to assess and promote health, wellness and independence. Role is full time or part-time (min 3 days), with travel across Northern Sydney and time for admin.
You will collaborate with nurses, physiotherapists and allied health staff, manage care plans, and advocate for client-centred reablement.
