The Role:
n
n
Manage a portfolio of business services and taxation clients
n
Prepare and review financial statements and income tax returns
n
Provide advice across Div 7A, CGT, GST and FBT matters
n
Work closely with clients to deliver proactive business and taxation solutions
n
Review work prepared by junior accountants
n
Coach, mentor and support developing team members
n
Delegate workflow and monitor team performance
n
Ensure client deadlines and compliance obligations are met
n
Identify process improvements and efficiencies
n
Build and maintain strong client relationships as a trusted advisor
n

About You:
n
n
Degree qualified in Accounting, Commerce or Business
n
CA or CPA qualified, or currently completing
n
4+ years' experience within Australian public practice
n
Previous experience managing client relationships and workflows
n
Supervisory or mentoring experience highly regarded
n
Strong technical taxation and compliance knowledge
n
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
n
Strong organisational and time management abilities
n
Passion for developing people and building high-performing teams
n
Professional, collaborative and client-focused approach
n
