What you will do:

Provide supervision to Social Workers and Social Care Co-ordinators, ensuring high standards of practice within the team.
n




Support students on placement and ASYEs alongside the Safeguarding and Quality Improvement Service.
n
Deliver qualified advice, guidance, and support to colleagues in line with the Care Act ****.
n
Facilitate group supervision, coaching, and mentoring to encourage continuous learning and development.
n
Support colleagues in risk management planning and confidently handle complex situations.
n
Ensure high-quality documentation through regular audits and quality assurance checks.
n
Collaborate with the Safeguarding Quality Improvement Service to identify and address learning requirements.
n
Promote legal literacy within the team, ensuring compliance with key legislation such as The Care Act ****.
n
Undertake joint case responsibility and manage caseloads effectively.
n
Chair multi-agency meetings and ensure all colleagues adhere to good record-keeping practices.
n
Maintain your own Continuous Professional Development (CPD) and become a source of expertise in alignment with service needs.
