Job Description
SGCH Group is seeking a Building Compliance Specialist to lead our building compliance and essential services programs across the portfolio. You will ensure statutory obligations, essential fire safety measures and critical assets are effectively managed, working with contractors, regulators and internal stakeholders.

This role offers autonomous delivery, a focus on continuous improvement, and travel to SGCH locations as required. It is a permanent, full time position based at the Redfern office.
