Job Description
Key duties and responsibilities
n
n
Coordinate business planning, reporting and performance monitoring for Legal Branch, including operational responsibility for Legal Branch's practice management solution.
n
Coordinate Legal Branch projects under the direction of the Chief Legal Counsel, including change management, operational reviews, and strategic planning activities.
n
Support workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding and resource allocation, promoting a positive, collaborative and professional workplace culture.
n
Assist the leadership team with succession planning and workforce capability requirements.
n

Mandatory requirements for the role
n
n
Solid practice management or operational management experience, preferably within a legal, government or highly regulated environment.
n
Excellent organisational, planning and prioritisation skills.
n
Strong financial, workforce and resource-management capability.
n
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated ability to provide advice, consultation and collaboration with senior management and a diverse range of stakeholders on complex and strategic issues.
