About the role
We are seeking an experienced
Retail Manager
to join our team at our Morley, WA location. This is a
full-time position
that plays a pivotal role in driving the success of our retail operations. As Retail Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of store management, ensuring excellent customer experiences, and leading a motivated team to achieve sales targets and operational excellence. This position is integral to maintaining our reputation as a premier automotive retailer and directly impacts the profitability and performance of the store.
Key responsibilities
Lead, motivate and develop a high-performing retail team, providing coaching, training and performance management
Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, stock management, and facility maintenance
Drive sales performance and achieve revenue targets through effective sales strategies and customer relationship management
Ensure exceptional customer service standards are maintained across all customer interactions
Manage inventory levels, stock ordering, and merchandise displays to maximise sales and operational efficiency
Implement and monitor compliance with company policies, procedures and health and safety regulations
Analyse sales data and key performance indicators to identify trends and opportunities for improvement




Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner
Recruit, interview and onboard new team members as required
Collaborate with head office to execute marketing campaigns and promotional activities
What we're looking for
Proven experience in retail management, ideally within the automotive or consumer products sector
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team
Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
Excellent customer service orientation with a commitment to delivering outstanding experiences
Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Knowledge of retail operations, including point-of-sale systems, inventory management and visual merchandising
Financial acumen and ability to manage budgets and control costs
Communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with staff and customers at all levels
Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing business challenges
Relevant retail qualifications or certifications are advantageous
