About the Role
The Project Administration Assistant role is responsible for providing dedicated support for a project reviewing the use of student images across the Catholic Education Diocese of Bathurst and school digital channels and materials. The role is responsible for reviewing social media accounts, websites, digital advertising and other identified platforms. The position will also undertake other administrative tasks to support the delivery of the project, as required.
About You (Selection Criteria)
Previous experience in an administrative, project support, or coordination role, with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to reviewing, organising, and processing a high volume of information accurately.
Confident and proficient in using social media platforms, websites, spreadsheets, and shared document management systems.
Demonstrated ability to work independently, take initiative, and contribute effectively as part of a collaborative workplace team.
Strong understanding of confidentiality and the ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism, discretion, and integrity.
Hold a current Working with Children Check (WWCC).
