As our Senior Learning Support Assistant, you will:
Provide learners with a high level of learning support needed to achieve their programme of study.
Focus on and take an active role in the achievement of high individual learner attendance and success rates, meeting or surpassing the relevant targets for each.
Support the ALS Team Leader in the co-ordination and quality of the LSA provision and Learning Support provision.
