Bunnings Group is seeking an Assistant Site Manager to oversee daily operations, sales and stock management in a large store. You'll lead a team of 50+ and coordinate with Department Managers, Supervisors and Drivers to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
You'll focus on safety, wellbeing and high performance, while driving stock accuracy, merchandising and departmental targets across the store, including weekends and some public holidays.
